Inside our Sialkot garment manufacturing facility: An end-to-end overview of technical development, precision craft, and international export quality control.
Every custom garment begins with technical translation. Whether our clients provide an Adobe Illustrator tech pack, a digital mockup, or an existing physical sample, our pattern-makers develop graded specification sheets tailored to your target demographic.
We source and test premium textile fibers across Pakistan's leading mills. From 100% Combed Ring-Spun Cotton (180 to 460 GSM heavyweight fleece) to performance Polyester-Spandex interlocks with anti-microbial and moisture-wicking treatments, fabrics are inspected for weight consistency, shrinkage resistance, and colorfastness.
Prior to launching bulk production runs, Roid International develops physical counter-samples. This step provides complete transparency on cut, drape, sizing, embroidery placement, and stitch aesthetics.
Clients receive photographic and measurement reports or physical courier delivery of samples for fitting approvals. Free sampling service is available for eligible custom orders.
Bulk fabric rolls undergo rest and de-tensioning before laying across our cutting tables. Precision markers ensure minimal fabric wastage and grainline alignment so garments never twist or torque after washing.
Our stitching floor utilizes specialized industrial machinery: 4-thread overlock, 5-thread safety stitch, flatlock (6-thread 4-needle) for seamless athletic chafeless seams, twin-needle coverstitch for clean hems, and bar-tack reinforcement on high-stress points.
Artwork embellishment is where garment character comes alive. Roid International is equipped with both traditional craftsmanship and modern automated equipment:
Quality assurance is conducted at every phase of assembly, ending with a comprehensive final inspection of 100% of finished garments before packaging.
Each item is inspected against approved size tolerance charts (+/- 1 cm standard), trimmed of excess threads, steam pressed, fitted with your custom brand neck tags and hangtags, and sealed in individual polybags. Goods are packed in heavy-duty corrugated export master cartons ready for worldwide express air freight (DHL, FedEx, UPS) or sea cargo containers.
